The second council member to introduce themselves is Eline Bollaart. She is the vice chair of the USC this year!
My name is Eline Bollaart, and this year I have started my fourth year of Pedagogical Sciences. Some of you might know me from my board position in the board of Stichting RAGweek Nijmegen. During this year I have met many different organizations in the student life of Nijmegen, and I noticed that in many places students aren’t properly listened to. Therefore, I want to focus on more room for personal development: I think the university can still make some steps towards facilitating this development of every student, in combination with and as addition to study-related development.
I have been appointed as vice-president of the Student Council, so I will make sure that USC runs smoothly, giving all the members space to contribute and pursue their personal goals. When all these individuals with their different background are combined to make a strong team, I think we can accomplish a lot this year!
